Emergency Preparedness Planner
Henry joined the JHC team in December of 2016 as an Emergency Preparedness Planner. he has twenty years of experience in government based emergency services and emergency management. Henry has served as the Chief Operating Officer of an ambulance service and Deputy Director of a municipal Office of Emergency Management. He is experienced in writing, reviewing and updating emergency operation plans, standard operating guidelines, and policy and procedures. He holds instructor certifications with the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, the National Association of Emergency medical Technicians and the National Emergency Communications Institute. Henry has advanced training in Incident Command, Pandemic Influenza Planning and Preparedness, and Evacuation and Re-entry Planning.
